By dedicating your attention, time, and money, you are demonstrating a genuine desire to heal and achieve victory over your past traumas. It takes immense courage and inner strength to seek help, and I commend you for taking this significant step.
I deeply appreciate your trust in Victorious Trainings to guide you on this journey. As someone who has personally experienced and healed from various traumas, including childhood neglect, abuse, bullying, rape, domestic violence, and more, I understand many of the feelings you may be experiencing. I have walked the path you are now on and found my way to happiness and victory. I am here to share what I know works.
A bit about me, Victoria L. Colzie, the creator of this course: I am a graduate of the school of hard knocks. This means I’ve faced significant challenges and have done the hard work to heal from them. I’m not just teaching theories; I’m sharing proven methods that helped me find my true self and achieve my dreams and goals. You can read more about my journey in my book, "The Well-Manicured Life," where I discuss how I used the steps of a Spiritual Manicure to shift from a victim mindset to one of victory.
As your happiness coach, my goal is to help you find ultimate happiness. There are two types of happiness: hedonic, which comes from pleasure and immediate gratification, and eudaimonic, which comes from living a life of self-achievement, purpose, and personal growth. This course is designed to lead you to eudaimonic happiness by helping you develop a mindset that no longer dwells on trauma.
Consider the purchase of this course an investment in both types of happiness. By fully engaging with the course content, you will experience immediate benefits (hedonic happiness) and long-term fulfillment (eudaimonic happiness). As you heal, you’ll find it easier to be alone with yourself, possibly even growing to love it. You’ll be able to sleep peacefully, move on with a lighter heart, and have a clearer mind.
Each week, you will be introduced to new concepts that you can reflect upon and apply to counteract your depression. You will need to use all the tools of Victorious Trainings such as The Well-Manicured Life & The Spiritual Manicure Workbook, The Visual Gratitude & Meditation Journal, The Feelings Chart, and The Mind Map. Listen to the Happy Music Playlist, or create your own. These tools will empower you to cultivate the right mindset and use powerful words to begin your healing journey.
